All volunteers must attend an orientation session before they can begin working in the sanctuary. Orientations are held once a month.
Volunteering at Marty’s Place is an excellent way for individual animal lovers and service-minded groups to get actively involved in our work with senior dogs.
Although Marty’s Place will have a small core staff of employees, our overall success and the success of our day-to-day activities will depend on the strength and assistance of volunteers. The importance of volunteers to the sanctuary and especially to the well-being of the dogs who live there cannot be overstated. Volunteer assistance is needed in several areas
Without a doubt, any time you devote or service you provide will be greatly appreciated by our residents. Become a Marty's Place VolunteerAdults (over 18):
