Marty’s Place is envisioned as the canine equivalent of a horse retirement farm or an active adult-living facility. For older dogs who require a forever home, we provide a safe, loving, permanent residence, care and stimulating, age-appropriate activities.
Life for residents at Marty’s Place is stimulating and engaging, with options for enrichment available daily.
This program gives dogs who do not reside at the sanctuary access to supervised swim or water exercise sessions at the Marty’s Place Dog Swim Center.
At Marty’s Place, any dog that finds their way to us has a home for life. Many will stay with us forever, and for some, matching them with a new forever family has worked beautifully.
When dogs come to Marty’s Place, we make a commitment that they will either have a home for life at our sanctuary or with a new family when adoption is an option.
When our senior dogs engage with senior human friends, the moments are heartwarming and the interaction is mutually beneficial.
Our Senior Pet Assistance Program provides financial assistance to qualified senior citizens, making it possible to keep a senior dog in your home when financial challenges occur.
